ExoraPrime is committed to transparent billing practices. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be requested for services purchased through our platform.

By purchasing any service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. DIGITAL SERVICES

All services provided by ExoraPrime are digital in nature. Delivery is confirmed once access credentials are issued.

Trading accounts
Brokerage services
Platform access
Account upgrades
Reset or extension services

3. ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered ONLY under these circumstances:

  • Verified technical error preventing access
  • Duplicate charge due to system error
  • Required by consumer protection laws

4. NON-REFUNDABLE

The following items/situations are strictly non-refundable:

  • Account fees after service activation
  • Reset or extension fees
  • Fees paid > 14 days ago
  • Account closure due to rule violations
  • Suspension due to compliance review

5. TRADING ACCOUNT CONDITIONS

Account fees compensate for infrastructure, technology, and brokerage services. All services are voluntary and subject to the terms of your account agreement.

Account closure due to rule violations does NOT entitle a refund.
Service downgrades are NOT grounds for refund.
Compliance reviews do NOT qualify for refund claims.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

  • • Immediate account suspension
  • • Termination of services
  • • Permanent restriction
  • • Legal recovery procedures

7. Request Procedure

Contact support@exoraprime.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email
  • Transaction ID
  • Purchase Date
  • Reason for Request

Review time: 3–5 business days.

8. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider. Currency conversion differences are not covered.

9. AML & Compliance

Refunds withheld if AML verification is incomplete, suspicious activity is detected, or fraud is suspected. Compliance reviews override refund eligibility.
