By accessing our website, trading platform, client portal, or participating in any trading account or service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

ExoraPrime operates as a brokerage firm providing:

Personal trading accounts
Brokerage trading services

ExoraPrime does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or fiduciary services. All trading decisions are made independently by the user.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • At least 18 years old
  • Possess full legal capacity
  • Not in restricted jurisdiction
  • Comply with local laws

4. REGISTRATION

  • Provide accurate info
  • Complete KYC checks
  • Secure credentials
  • Accept responsibility

5. TRADING ACCOUNT TERMS

Requirements

  • Compliance with risk management policies
  • Adherence to margin requirements
  • Compliance with trading rules
  • Respect of platform usage guidelines

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Account restriction
  • Trading privileges suspension
  • Account termination

6. TRADING RULES

Users must avoid abusive strategies:

  • • No latency arbitrage
  • • No system manipulation
  • • No unauthorized bots

7. FEES

Services may involve platform or account fees.

  • • Clearly disclosed
  • • Non-refundable (unless stated)
  • • Subject to change

8. PROFITS

Withdrawals depend on account standing.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content, branding, software, trading infrastructure, and proprietary systems are owned by ExoraPrime. Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

10. RISK DISCLOSURE

Trading leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk. Volatility may lead to rapid losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExoraPrime shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, platform downtime, or technical interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid within the last three (3) months.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms, fraud, or regulatory obligations.

13. AML & Compliance

We reserve the right to conduct identity checks and report suspicious activity.

14. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or infrastructure outages.

15. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Disputes resolved via negotiation, mediation, or courts.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
